Manufacturing flow

Product design & CNC
Review the drawing, structure, interfaces and visible details. CNC work can support detail review where appropriate.
Tooling & die casting
Move an approved geometry toward mould development and zinc-alloy die-cast production for suitable components.
Stamping & lathe work
Discuss stamping or automatic-lathe routes when the material, shape and production requirement fit those processes.
Polishing & plating
Polishing prepares the visible surface. Plating is coordinated with a dedicated production line at a partner factory at a separate address. Approve the coating route and physical colour reference for the part.
Assembly & QC
Connect moving pieces, inspect agreed dimensions and record the project-specific checks before packing.
Packaging
Discuss packing protection, including protective film at shipment where the finish needs help against scratching.
Material and finish discussion
Zinc alloy is the starting point. The application decides the route.
Zinc-alloy die casting is our primary route. Copper, iron and stainless steel can be assessed for suitable components. Review geometry, use conditions and finish together using the material comparison. Approve colour and texture on the intended part.
